Spouse Visa

A spouse visa typically allows married partner to immigrate to the nation of the spouse. If you are married to a foreign native or in a proven relationship for a period of 12 months at least then you are eligible for immigration in that country by attaining a spouse visa. You will be sponsored by your spouse for a period of two years, after that, if the relationship is still authentic and continuous, you are eligible for permanent residency in your spouse’s native country. Sometimes the spouse relationship is not valid if it is not authentic or foreign national was under 18 when the couple got married. To qualify for spouse visa your marriage must be authenticated and you and your spouse must be 18 years old or above.
